Dabblings
Sunday Afternoon Art

Debbie Knight Dabblings

I dabble – often snatching a few hours on a Sunday afternoon to sit at the kitchen table and surround myself with brushes, tubes of watercolour and a blank sheet of paper.   I meander happily from still life to landscapes, florals to birdlife, from pastels to watercolours. This little collection of dabblings is the result.

I studied art at college as part of my degree, but in truth I spent too much time in the student union bar. I’ve been far more productive in my 50s than in my 20s!

I hope you like my dabblings, and that if you like what you see, you might be encouraged to dabble yourself, or be tempted to buy some cards, or a print .

Artwork

All cards and prints are reproduced from original watercolour artworks.

My prints are high quality giclée prints, printed onto watercolour paper, so they look and feel like the real thing.  I print them to order and supply them safely rolled in a rigid cardboard postage tube.

Cards are also printed onto watercolour paper and are generally available from stock.  If you buy four or more cards, delivery is included in the price.

Card Collections

My card collections comprise 4 cards and envelopes. All cards are A6 size (10.5 x 14.85 cm) portrait or landscape, or square (12.5 x 12.5cm)

A4, A3, A2 & A1 Prints

All artworks are available to buy as prints (A4 up to A1).  These are printed to order and are supplied, without mounts, safely rolled in a rigid cardboard tube for posting.  Prints are supplied on a fine art paper (310gsm Canson Infinity Aquarelle Rag) which has a watercolour paper surface texture.  Prints are produced using the Giclée printing method.

Below is a selection of prints (shown mounted and framed and hung) for illustration purposes.   If you would like a Giclée print of any of the artwork seen on my cards, please let me know by using the contact form. Please select any of the prints here to see the prices of A4 through to A1.

Originals

Please check back from time to time if you are interested in buying an original artwork, when available I show them here.
